Originally started as a Des Moines area property preservation company, Bravo Enterprises soon grew beyond the foreclosure/rental property market and into residential and commercial services, providing an opportunity for us to work with many more people in addition to retaining existing bank clientele.
We operate a full-service lawn care and snow removal business alongside our bank-owned property work. In addition, in 2011 we recently expanded into performing state-wide property inspections, and are also a General Contractor registered with the State of Iowa. We greatly enjoy working on remodeling and other residential projects that allow us to serve homeowners to the best of our ability!
